Naomi Wolfe

Naomi Wolfe is a vocalist, songwriter, and interdisciplinary sound artist originally from Newton, Massachusetts. She is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, pursuing a degree in Performing Arts Technology with a concentration in acoustic ecology and soundscape studies and a minor in Performing Arts Management and Entrepreneurship. Growing up with an environmentalist mother and a musical father, her creative practice is, and always has been, deeply intertwined with the natural world and care for her community. With a background in jazz voice and indie-pop songwriting, her musical works combine popular music with field recordings and listening practice, working the sounds of the Earth into every facet of her creative and social life.
